Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent team resides on campus in Hershey, PA to care for a group of approximately 8–13 students in a family-like home. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from a flexible initial placement to a fixed Houseparent assignment with the same student group. The role includes relocation to Hershey, PA, with a guaranteed salary per person ($46,917) and comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training. Works on a nine-days-on, three-days-off cycle with on-campus housing and meals during duty periods.
