Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School: married couples reside in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, transport and plan activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and oversee budgeting and reporting. Initially support multiple homes on a 9-on/3-off schedule, then transition to a placed houseparent with a consistent student home. Relocation to Hershey, PA is required; benefits include housing, meals on duty, insurance, retirement options, PTO, and paid training. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to drive student vans, ability to lift 50 lbs, and being part of a legally married couple aged 27 or older.
