Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Residential Houseparents (two-person, married-couple role) at Milton Hershey School, living in on-campus student homes and providing care, supervision, and guidance for a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel attendance, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The position starts with a nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students in their own home.
