Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent roles on a college-prep residential campus. Couples reside in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines and schedules, administer medications, transport students to activities, plan and participate in developmental/recreational activities, lead daily devotions and attend Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition from flexible, 9-days-on/3-days-off duty to a placed houseparent arrangement living with the same student group. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and being legally married for at least two years (both spouses, age 27+, are employed).
