Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent roles on a college-prep residential campus. Couples reside in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines and schedules, administer medications, transport students to activities, plan and participate in developmental/recreational activities, lead daily devotions and attend Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition from flexible, 9-days-on/3-days-off duty to a placed houseparent arrangement living with the same student group. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and being legally married for at least two years (both spouses, age 27+, are employed). Includes relocation to Hershey, PA, paid training, comprehensive benefits, and housing/meal provisions. Responsibilities emphasize supervision, mentorship, wellness, faith-based activities, and campus safety; salary is $44,768 per person (~$168,000 total per couple) with relocation assistance. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
