Job Summary
Two-person, full-time on-campus residential care role for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and eventually transitioning to a placed houseparent role living with the same students. Position requires married, legally married couples with both spouses applying, relocation to the Hershey, PA area, and includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits. Salary is $44,768 per person (approx. $168,000 total per couple) with housing and meals on duty included.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse two-person role
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Comfort leading devotions and Sunday Chapel
- Commitment to smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- No alcohol on duty
- Two years married minimum for spouses
