Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver role for married couples at Milton Hershey School. Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes, supervising a group of 8–13 students, providing care, mentorship, and support, including administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental/recreational programs, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off and can transition to a placed houseparent living with the same group. Relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits are provided; salary approx. per-person $46,917 with total compensation around $180,000 per couple. Qualifications require youth experience, two-year married status for both spouses, minimum age 27, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and ability to lift 50 lbs.
