Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver responsibilities include supervising and mentoring residents in on-campus student homes, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The role operates as a two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent position with an initial nine-on/three-off duty cycle, transitioning to a Placed Houseparent in the same student home, with relocation to Hershey, PA and on-site housing benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-year legally married requirement
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Willingness to relocate to Hershey, PA
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- No more than three dependent children in the home

- Must be a legally married couple for at least two years
