Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married-couple Full-time Flex Houseparents needed at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in on-campus student homes with 8–13 students, providing care, mentorship, supervision, and support; responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role living and working with the same group of students in their own home. Benefits include a per-person salary of $44,768 (approximately $168,000 total per couple with housing, meals, utilities, and more), comprehensive medical/dental/vision, retirement options, paid time off, relocation assistance, and paid training. Qualifications require youth-related experience, high school diploma or GED, and both spouses must be legally married for at least two years, be at least 27 years old, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
