Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Residential Youth Caregiver role: Full-time Flex Houseparents who reside on Milton Hershey School campus in Hershey, PA, providing care, supervision, and guidance to a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, with an initial nine days on / three days off schedule before transitioning to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group. Employment requires both spouses to apply individually for consideration, and relocation assistance is provided.
