Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School reside in on-campus student homes to care for 8–13 students, providing supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation to activities, and engagement in developmental and religious activities. The role progresses from nine consecutive days on duty with three off, to a Placed Houseparent assignment living with the same group of students. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and that both spouses be legally married for at least two years and age 27 or older. Relocation assistance is provided, along with comprehensive benefits and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth

- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Two-person married couple with at least two years of marriage
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
