Job Summary
Two-person on-campus Residential Youth Caregiver role providing care, supervision, and mentorship to 8–13 students in student homes. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, driving to activities, planning developmental and recreational events, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and supporting varied student homes during a nine-on, three-off schedule before transitioning to a placed houseparent with the same group of students. Requires a legally married couple with at least two years of marriage, both spouses aged 27+, and a commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free environment; includes relocation assistance and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
Additional Requirements
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
