Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes in Hershey, PA, providing care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role begins with a nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same group of students. Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse role and married for at least two years
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans

- Must be legally married for at least two years
- Two-person role for couples
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
- No more than three dependent children
- Smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- No alcohol on duty
