Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on campus at Milton Hershey School to supervise and mentor a group of 8–13 students in a family-like home. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role with the same student group. Schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off. Benefits include relocation assistance, medical/dental/vision coverage, retirement options, paid time off, and more.
