Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver role: Full-time Flex Houseparents living on campus at Milton Hershey School, supervising and guiding a group of 8–13 students in student homes. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting. Initially 9 days on duty followed by 3 days off; later transition to a placed houseparent living with the same group. Requires two spouses who are legally married for at least two years, both 27 or older, to work in a two-person role with on-site housing and benefits. Includes relocation assistance and paid training. Salary is $44,768 per person (approx. $168,000 total per couple) with comprehensive benefits. Qualifications emphasize experience with youth, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and adherence to campus policies.
Required Qualifications
