Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Residential Youth Caregiver position for married couples as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, providing supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Initially, schedules are nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent role living and working with the same student group.
