Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Residential Youth Caregiver role for married couples as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Responsibilities include supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transporting students to activities, leading devotions and chapels, budgeting and reporting, and engaging in developmental/recreational activities with 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent living/working with the same group. Compensation per person is $46,917 annually plus generous benefits and relocation assistance. Two-spouse application required; both spouses must be age 27+, with a maximum of three dependents in the home; includes on-campus housing and meals during duty. Minimum education: high school diploma or GED; valid driver's license; ability to lift 50 lbs; emphasis on Judeo-Christian chapel participation and a smoke-free campus.
