Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married couple needed as Full-time Flex Houseparents to live on Milton Hershey School campus in Hershey, PA and care for a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, and leading daily devotions with Sunday Chapel. Responsibilities also include overseeing budgeting and household reporting, with a work cycle of nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, and eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living in the same student home. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768) plus comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement options, relocation assistance, paid time off, and other benefits. Requires relocation to on-campus housing, a two-person married couple with at least two years of marriage, both spouses aged 27+, and adherence to campus rules regarding safety, sobriety, and conduct.
