Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver duties for Full-time Flex Houseparents on a campus-based program: provide daily supervision and mentorship to groups of 8–13 students, manage household routines and schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and household reporting, and transition from a nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule to a placed houseparent role living with the same student group. Requires a two-person, legally married couple (both 27+) living on campus, with on-site housing and comprehensive benefits, including relocation assistance. Must have a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to become certified to drive student vans; prior experience with youth is preferred. Relocation to Hershey, PA is included as part of the role.
Required Qualifications

- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and attend Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services
