Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver responsibilities include supervising and mentoring a group of 8–13 students in on-campus homes, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and participating in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel, and handling budgeting and reporting. The role progresses from nine days on / three days off to a Placed Houseparent in a single student home, with full-time, on-campus housing benefits and relocation support for a two-person married couple. Requires experience with youth, on-campus housing environment, and ability to supervise and engage students in spiritual and daily-life activities; must be part of a legally married two-person team for consideration.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for married couples
- Couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading students in devotions and Sunday Chapel
