Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver role for married couples at Milton Hershey School. Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on campus and provide care, supervision, and support for 8–13 students in a student home. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel, budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent living in the same student home. Relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits provided; salary per person is $46,917 with total compensation around $180,000 per couple, including housing and meals. Requires experience with youth, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and the ability to engage in Judeo-Christian Chapel services; candidates must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses must be age 27 or older.
