Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver for Milton Hershey School: a full-time Flex Houseparent position where a married couple live in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, medications administration, and activities planning for about 8–13 students. Duties include supervising and mentoring, managing household routines and student schedules, transporting students to activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from nine-on/three-off initial shifts to a placed houseparent role. Benefits include relocation assistance and comprehensive coverage; a per-person salary of $44,768 with total compensation around $168,000 per couple, plus housing, meals, utilities, and more.
Required Qualifications
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
