Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents (two married spouses) to reside in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School, providing care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role starts with a nine-on, three-off cycle and may transition to a Placed Houseparent living arrangement with the same group of students. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and eligibility to become certified to drive student vans. Salary $44,768 per person with total compensation around $168,000 per couple, plus relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and paid time off.
