Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person on-campus residence role at Milton Hershey School: full-time Flex Houseparents living in student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental/recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and oversee budgeting and reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent living in the same student home. Includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits. Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license (ability to become certified to drive student home vans), and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. The role is for a legally married couple, both spouses aged 27 or older, with up to three dependent children, in a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty.
