Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple) to reside in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and initial nine days on duty followed by three days off before transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role with the same student home. Requires experience with youth, a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to drive student vans, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus. For consideration, both spouses must complete individual employment applications and be legally married for at least two years (age 27+ for both). Relocation to Hershey, PA is required.
