Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on-campus at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, to provide care, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students in a student home. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role starts with a nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent in the same student home.
