Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. A two-person married couple will reside in on-campus student homes, providing daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, and supervision of routines for approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off to a placed houseparent role with the same group of students. Benefits include salary per person (~$44,768) with relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for married couple
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
