Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married couple needed as Full-time Flex Houseparents on campus in Hershey, PA. Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of 8–13 students, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and household reporting, and transition from a Flex Houseparent to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group. Nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; relocation assistance and paid training are provided, along with medical/dental/vision benefits and other retirement options. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and at least 27 years old. For consideration, both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
