Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Residential Youth Caregiver role for a two-person, legally married couple living on campus as Flex Houseparents. Full-time positions involve supervising and mentoring a group of approximately 8–13 students, managing household routines, administering medications, planning activities, and leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. Initially working a nine-on, three-off schedule with a future transition to the Placed Houseparent model, residents live in student homes and support student development and well-being. Relocation to Hershey, PA is provided; benefits include comprehensive insurance, retirement options, and paid training. Must be a married couple, both spouses 27 or older, with a high school diploma or GED, and possess a valid U.S. driver’s license. Location noted as Kennard, IN with on-campus housing at Milton Hershey School.
