Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married-couple role now hiring as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. Residents live in on-campus student homes, providing care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from nine-days-on/three-days-off schedules toward a placed Houseparent arrangement living with the same group of students. Qualifications include experience with youth, a two-person married-couple requirement, age 27+, driver’s license, high school diploma or GED, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with limited alcohol on duty.
