Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver position for married couples: Full-time Flex Houseparents residing in on-campus student homes, providing supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three off, and may transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Required Qualifications

- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans

- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Chapel services
