Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver role for a married couple serving as Full-time Flex Houseparents on campus, supervising and guiding a group of 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, steering household routines and student schedules, driving students to activities, planning developmentally and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a single, fixed student-home. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768), comprehensive health benefits, relocation assistance, paid time off, and training. Required Qualifications
