Job Summary
Two-person full-time Flex Houseparents reside on campus in student homes, providing care, supervision, and support for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and progressing to a Placed Houseparent role. Requires married couples legally married for at least two years, both spouses aged 27+, high school diploma or GED, valid US driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus. Relocation assistance and paid training provided; salary per person is $44,768 (approx. $168k total per couple).
