Job Summary
Provide daily supervision and mentorship for 8–13 students in on-campus homes while managing household routines, schedules, and budgeting. Administer medications, ensure student wellness, and drive students to activities. Plan and lead developmental, recreational, and religious activities including daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. Operate a nine-on-three-off rotation schedule with unscheduled weekday time when students are in school. Requires a married couple, both 27+, with a valid driver's license and ability to lift 50 lbs. Relocation to Hershey, PA is required.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
- Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
Desired Qualifications
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
