Job Summary
Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and household routine management for 8–13 students in an on-campus home. Administer medications, drive students to activities, plan recreational engagements, and lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel services. Oversee budgeting and household reporting while maintaining a structured, family-like environment. Work nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with unscheduled weekday time when students are in school. Relocation to Hershey, PA is required. Both spouses must be legally married for at least two years, age 27 or older, and hold a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
Desired Qualifications
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
