Job Summary
Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and guidance for 8–13 students in an on-campus student home while managing household routines, schedules, and budgeting. Administer medications, ensure student wellness, and drive students to activities. Plan and lead developmental and recreational activities, including daily devotions and trips to Sunday Chapel. Follow a schedule of nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with unscheduled time available on weekdays. Complete individual employment applications; both spouses must be married for at least two years, be 27 or older, and hold a valid U.S. driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
