Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and household routine management for a group of 8–13 students in an on-campus home. Administer medications, drive students to activities, and lead devotions while planning developmental and recreational engagements. Oversee budgeting and household reporting, transitioning from a rotating schedule of nine days on duty followed by three days off to a Placed Houseparent role with a specific student group. Maintain a smoke-free, weapon-free environment with no alcohol permitted during shifts. Both spouses must complete individual applications and adhere to strict eligibility requirements regarding marriage duration, age, and dependents.
