Job Summary
Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and household routine management for 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Administer medications, drive students to activities, plan recreational engagements, lead daily devotions, and accompany students to Sunday Chapel. Oversee budgeting and household reporting while ensuring student wellness. Follow a schedule of nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off. This two-person role requires married couples with at least two years of marriage, ages 27 or older, and a valid U.S. driver's license. Both spouses must complete individual applications.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
Desired Qualifications
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
