Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and guidance for 8–13 students in on-campus homes while managing household routines, schedules, and medication administration. Drive students to activities, plan developmental and recreational engagements, lead daily devotions, and accompany students to Sunday Chapel services. Oversee budgeting and household reporting, ensuring a structured, family-like environment that supports academic, emotional, and social growth. Follow a schedule of nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with unscheduled time available on weekdays while students are in school. This two-person role requires legally married couples residing on campus to foster student success within Milton Hershey School's unique, cost-free education model.
