Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and guidance for 8–13 students while managing household routines, schedules, and medication administration. Drive students to activities and lead devotions, including accompanying them to Sunday Chapel services. Oversee budgeting and household reporting, ensuring a structured, family-like environment that supports academic, emotional, and social development. This two-person role requires married couples (aged 27+) to reside on-campus, with an initial schedule of nine consecutive duty days followed by three days off. Transition into a Placed Houseparent role after initial support of various homes. Both spouses must complete individual applications and adhere to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus policy with specific pet limitations.
