Job Summary
Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and guidance for 8–13 students in an on-campus home, managing household routines, schedules, and medication administration. Drive students to activities and lead developmental, recreational, and devotional programs, including accompanying them to Sunday Chapel. Oversee budgeting and household reporting while ensuring a structured, family-like environment that supports academic, emotional, and social growth. Work nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with unscheduled weekday time while students are in school. This two-person role requires a legally married couple (both 27+) to relocate to Hershey, PA, for full-time, cost-free education-focused care.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
