Job Summary
Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and household routine management for 8–13 students in an on-campus home. Administer medications, drive students to activities, and lead devotions and chapel services. Plan developmental and recreational activities while overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Work a schedule of nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with unscheduled time on weekdays while students are in school. This two-person role requires a legally married couple to reside in the student home, fostering a structured, family-like environment for academic, emotional, and social development.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
