Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and guidance for 8–13 students in on-campus homes while managing household routines, schedules, and medication administration. Drive students to activities and lead devotions, including accompanying them to Sunday Chapel services. Plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, oversee budgeting and household reporting, and ensure student wellness. Operate under a schedule of nine consecutive duty days followed by three days off, transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role with a dedicated student group. Requires a legally married couple, both 27 or older, with valid driver's licenses and experience working with youth.
