Job Summary
Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and guidance to a group of 8–13 students in an on-campus student home. Manage household routines, administer medications, and drive students to activities while planning developmental and recreational engagements. Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel services. Oversee budgeting and household reporting. Operate under a schedule of nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with unscheduled weekday time during school hours. Transition into a Placed Houseparent role after initial support of various homes.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
