Full-time two-person Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. A married couple resides in on-campus student homes, supervising 8–13 students, providing care, guidance, and support, and engaging in activities, devotions, Chapel attendance, budgeting, and reporting. The role starts with a nine-on/three-off schedule across multiple homes and progresses to a Placed Houseparent role living and working with the same student group. Salary is $46,917 per person with comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training.
