Residential Youth Caregiver

Create a safe, nurturing environment, supervise daily routines, assist with homework, teach life skills, and encourage positive behavior for pre-K–12 students. Collaborate with educational and support staff to promote students' academic, social, and emotional growth. This role involves supporting students' daily home life at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free residential institution, by fostering a compassionate community where youth receive mentorship and care.
