Residential Youth Caregiver

Create a safe, nurturing environment and supervise daily routines for residential students. Assist with homework, teach life skills, and encourage positive behavior while collaborating with educational and support staff to promote academic, social, and emotional growth. Provide compassionate care and mentorship to pre-K–12 students in a diverse community. This mission-driven role at Milton Hershey School focuses on making a lasting difference in students' lives through direct home-life support and skill development.
