Residential Youth Caregiver

Create a safe, nurturing environment, supervise daily routines, assist with homework, and teach life skills to pre-K–12 students. Encourage positive behavior while collaborating with educational and support staff to promote academic, social, and emotional growth. Maintain a compassionate, patient presence to mentor youth in a diverse community. This mission-driven opportunity supports students' daily home life at Milton Hershey School.
