Job Summary
Conduct daily care, guidance, and structure for students in a residential home environment, modeling positive behavior and healthy life skills. Support students with homework routines, coordinate daily schedules including meals, chores, activities, and bedtimes, and actively build trusting relationships through mentorship and positive behavior management. Supervise students during on- and off-campus activities, maintain a structured environment, reinforce school policies, and document relevant observations. Participate in family-style mealtimes, support life-skills learning such as personal hygiene and organization, and respond calmly to crisis situations using de-escalation strategies. Work closely with teachers, counselors, and administrators to identify and support each student's academic, social, and emotional needs.
