Job Summary
Supervise students in the home and during on- and off-campus activities while maintaining a structured, predictable environment. Support life-skills learning including personal hygiene, organization, and time management, and coordinate daily schedules for meals, chores, and bedtimes. Build trusting relationships through mentorship and positive behavior management to foster responsibility, resilience, and respect. Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to identify and support academic, social, and emotional needs. Respond calmly to crisis or conflict situations using de-escalation strategies and school protocols to ensure safety. Participate in family-style mealtimes and encourage involvement in extracurricular and community service opportunities. Manage irregular hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays consistent with the residential school schedule.
