Residential Youth Caregiver

Supervise students in residential homes and during on- and off-campus activities while maintaining a structured, predictable environment. Coordinate daily schedules including meals, chores, activities, and bedtimes, and support life-skills learning such as personal hygiene, organization, and time management. Actively build trusting relationships, offer mentorship, and use positive behavior management techniques to reinforce school policies and expectations. Document relevant student observations or incidents and respond calmly to crisis situations using de-escalation strategies and school protocols. Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to identify and support each student's academic, social, and emotional needs. Manage irregular hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays consistent with a residential school schedule.
